Our Vacancies

Junior Toddler Teacher

We’re seeking a compassionate and dedicated Junior Toddler Teacher to join our team at The PREP School of Crystal Falls. If you’re passionate about working with young children and creating a nurturing environment, this role is for you.

You’ll be responsible for supporting individual developmental progress, implementing our curriculum, and maintaining a warm, safe classroom where children thrive.

Job Description includes, but not limited to the following:

  • Understands all rules and regulations of local and state agencies pertaining to the health, safety, and care of children. 

  • Previous experience teaching and/or working with young children is preferred

Physical Requirements: 

  • Balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and lifting at least 35 pounds

Responsibilities/Skills:

  • Interact and supervise children; the ability to meet each child’s individual needs in a group setting

  • Evaluate individual developmental progress each child

  • Ability to connect with co-workers, parents and children in a positive and respectful manner

  • Maintain professional personal appearance, professional attitude and work conduct

  • Adhere to health/safety and sanitation procedures for diapering

  • Comfortable teaching immersive curriculum and implementing emergent programming in a private preschool setting

  • Follow and implement classroom daily schedules and learning plans

  • Ability to maintain a warm and nurturing environment

  • Excellent organizational skills and time management

Upon Employment:

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Obtain Pediatric CPR and Pediatric First Aid with Rescue Breathing and Choking

  • Obtain a Background Check and Fingerprint-based Background Check

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing children's development, leading immersive lessons, and conducting parent/teacher conferences. Your ability to create a positive, engaging atmosphere while maintaining professionalism and adhering to health and safety policies will be essential to ensuring the success of our students.

Job Description includes, but not limited to the following:

  • Understands all rules and regulations of local and state agencies pertaining to the health, safety, and care of children.

  • Previous experience teaching and/or working with young children is preferred
