Junior Toddler Teacher
We’re seeking a compassionate and dedicated Junior Toddler Teacher to join our team at The PREP School of Crystal Falls. If you’re passionate about working with young children and creating a nurturing environment, this role is for you.
You’ll be responsible for supporting individual developmental progress, implementing our curriculum, and maintaining a warm, safe classroom where children thrive.
Job Description includes, but not limited to the following:
Understands all rules and regulations of local and state agencies pertaining to the health, safety, and care of children.
Previous experience teaching and/or working with young children is preferred
Physical Requirements:
Balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and lifting at least 35 pounds
Responsibilities/Skills:
Interact and supervise children; the ability to meet each child’s individual needs in a group setting
Evaluate individual developmental progress each child
Ability to connect with co-workers, parents and children in a positive and respectful manner
Maintain professional personal appearance, professional attitude and work conduct
Adhere to health/safety and sanitation procedures for diapering
Comfortable teaching immersive curriculum and implementing emergent programming in a private preschool setting
Follow and implement classroom daily schedules and learning plans
Ability to maintain a warm and nurturing environment
Excellent organizational skills and time management
Upon Employment:
Valid driver’s license
Obtain Pediatric CPR and Pediatric First Aid with Rescue Breathing and Choking
Obtain a Background Check and Fingerprint-based Background Check

Your ability to create a positive, engaging atmosphere while maintaining professionalism and adhering to health and safety policies will be essential to ensuring the success of our students.
